Demjén: Bányaél ( Kő-tető)

The cliffs above the village represent not only landscape value,

but the 23 „beehive- nitches” carved in the rock-wall and the 6 „kettles” whose purpose is not yet solved (may have been of sacral one) are also of outstanding culture-historical value. From the top of the ridge ther is a great view on the village. In the surface of the top made on purpose above the nitches kettle-like holes and channels were carved at several places. Kő-tető (Stone-top) is part of the nature.trail.
