The recurring event evokes Márton’s day’s thanksgiving tradition, meeting friends, tasting new wines with greaves from goose and goose-grease bread in the cellars of Egerszalók. Folk-music concert and dance, making pumpkin-lanterns, candle-dipping and cooking goose in furnace are waiting for guests in cave dwellings.
